They call the store
“fresh & easy”
In real life there is more,
for they appear to be busy
selling spoiled meat
for those who come to eat
the samples as their treat
On shelves they dumped
as their “specials”
green, rotten flesh
of those who disappeared
in their daily mess
It makes one sick
to look at the product
of their crimes
committed in their restrooms
in a convenient place
right behind
Behind the wall
that they crowd
and pretend that
they work hard
Those who worked before
in “fresh & easy”
disappeared also
for they were also busy
And the new came to play
the very same game
to cover their crimes
with the lies of fresh “food”
that spoils one’s mood
